PRIORITY INSURED: 1-3 business from the date your order ships
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 6-10 days from the date your order processed through customs.(Tracking is only available with the insured Priority International Shipping option)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid" which means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees will not be paid by Donata Skinfood and are the responsibility of the customer to pay at the time of delivery.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Once your order has been successfully logged with the US Postal Service for delivery, vee is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Please email us at info@veenaturalcare.com for claim instructions.
