    Thank you for shopping with us at Veenaturalcare.com . Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

    Due to the small-batch, handmade nature of our skin and hair food products, there are absolutely NO CANCELATIONS, NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, & NO EXCHANGES are allowed.

    ORDER CHANGES
    Due to the volume of orders we receive weekly, we're unable to modify or change orders after purchase.

    RETURNED PACKAGES
    If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or insufficient address, your order will automatically be refunded for the full amount of your purchase less 20% + shipping costs for loss of goods, as returned orders cannot be restocked.
