🍃Your healthy hair and skin journey starts here!

It’s all connected

When I started taking care of my hair, my focus was 100% in my hair, I didn’t know about the others, I thought that taking care of my hair would have been enough. And now, here I am, 3 years later, asking one question "is it all connected?"

It’s been one year since everything has changed for me, the way I look at things, the way I see myself and the way I want to change my life. During this process, I forgot about my hair, didn’t take care of them at all, not because I didn’t want to, I was just focused on healing, pursuing God and fixing some things. And then, I was seeing videos on IG, TikTok and everywhere. People talking about how taking care of one thing while forgetting the others is just not the correct approach. Taking care of your hair and forgetting your skin, your mental, your emotions are just doing it without doing it.  Let’s go deeper on that !
They are telling you that you need to eat healthy, you need to drink a lot of water to take care of your skin, but they didn’t tell you that doing that also improve your mental health, your hair. They didn’t tell you that you can’t be healthy at 50%. Taking care of your health impacts your hair growth, glow of your skin and everything else. It is not an option… do it all at once !
I’m still trying, one day at a time, you may not have everything figured out just now but trust me, if you do it gradually, you’ll see the results.

So today, I want you to make a list of things you want to do to improve your health, drink more water, exercise, eat healthy (more fruits, more veggies), go outside, journaling, take care of your skin … and please just tell me how is it going because girl… everything’s gonna change!
